Love the article on Doris and Bob. Their passion for cast iron and the G&CICA is one of the many reasons the Griswold & Cast Iron Cookware Association is a successful organization for the hobby or passion of collecting vintage cast iron.

A 31-page Lodge Manufacturing Company catalog from 1910 is in the public domain and available for free download.

The first time I saw this catalog was some years back; it was given freely to the cast iron collecting community by Lodge collector John Clough. It is now available on the internet archive.
